Novels written by Michael C. White include A Brother's Blood (Harper Collins), which was a NY Times Book Review Notable Book of 1996 as well as a Barnes and Noble Discover Great New Writers Selection.

His novel, The Blind Side of the Heart (Harper Collins) was an alternate Book-of-the-Month Club selection. He is noted for A Dream of Wolves (Harper Collins), which received starred reviews from Publisher's Weekly and Booklist.

The Garden of Martyrs, was published by St. Martin's Press in 2004 and is a historical novel based on an actual miscarriage of justice. The story unravels a fact-based plot set in New England during the rampant anti-Irish, anti-Catholic sentiments which were prevalent during the late century. Look for it online and in stores this spring.

His short fiction has been nominated for a National Magazine Award and a Pushcart, and has won first prize in the Advocate Newspapers Fiction Award.
